The Vesper Martini at the Blue Talon Bistro is quite sublime. Inspired by James Bond's favorite drink, it includes Gin, Vodka, Lillet, shaken but not stirred. Just make sure you have a driver because it will get your lemon twisted in a flash.
The Vesper Martini
2oz. Bombay Gin
3/4oz. Stoli Vodka
3/4oz. Lillet Blanc

Add contents with ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
