For the Birds

I can't hide my passion for birds. Meet some of them to find out what kindles this love affair. (Click the images for more details.)

I envy their ability to sing and dance, sometimes while flying. This bluebird is from the painting, "The Four Seasons".

Like humans, some birds are introverted and elusive, while others are up for a party every day.

I am smitten by their beautiful attire, especially those seemingly less gorgeous birds - like starlings, crows, grackles - that look like they are wearing black, but actually are donning rainbows of irridescent colors that change with the light.

And some birds are breathtakingly gorgeous, in any light.

And, like my friends, some birds are sunny, and some are funny.
